Dr. Rajvir Gillon, DVM
Veterinarian – Owner

Dr. Rajvir Gillon was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He attended veterinary school at GADVASU in Punjab, India. After graduating veterinary school, Dr. Gillon completed his first intern year at Central Valley Veterinary Hospital in Manteca, CA. He then went on to intern at Ace Animal Hospital in Fremont, CA. Upon successful completion of his internship, Dr. Gillon became an Associate Veterinarian at Ace Animal Hospital. After learning skills in medicine and surgery at Ace Animal Hospital, Dr. Gillon founded Willow Glen Pet Hospital in 2014. Dr. Gillon has had a love for animals since he was very young. He grew up with a variety of animals ranging from dogs and cats to various farm animals and ostriches. At the age of 8, Dr. Gillon was inspired to start his very own chicken farm. He started his farm with four chicks, and it resulted in over 100 chickens. Dr. Gillon currently resides in San Jose with his three dogs named Carmen, Leo and Chase, as well as two cats; Tank and Atticus

Dr. Emily Shani, DVM
Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Emily Shani was born and raised in the South Bay Area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Cornell University, followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Shani’s special interests include preventative care, surgery, dentistry, dermatology, behavior, and internal medicine. Continuity of care is extremely important to her, and she strives in particular to create close and long-term relationships with patients and their families. She works on being easily accessible to her clients and has a special talent of remembering patients’ names even after a single visit! Dr. Shani has served on the Legislative Committee for the California Veterinary Medical Association since 2016 and has received numerous leadership awards; she is also currently on the board of the Silicon Valley Veterinary Medical Association. Outside of work, Dr. Shani enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, two dogs, and cat. Other interests include pub trivia, wine/beer tasting, and crafting.

Dr Cyntha Williford, DVM
Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Williford is a graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. She has particular interests in preventative medicine, dermatology, and imaging. Veterinary medicine is a second career for Dr. Williford, as she also possesses Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Public Health degrees. 

Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Dr. Williford is fairly new to the Bay Area. She greatly enjoys any outdoor activities including paddle boarding, hiking, and tennis, as well as traveling whenever possible. She has one dog, Bogey, a terrier mix who is never short of energy or appetite. 

Dr Bock, DVM
Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Bock, a proud U.C. Davis graduate of 1997, serves the community at Willow Glen Pet Hospital. With expertise in Dermatology, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric care, she has a soft spot for new puppies and kittens. When not at the clinic, she enjoys hiking, tennis, and gardening. An avid reader, Dr. Bock cherishes time with her husband Lawrence, children Alex and Sophia, and her pets: Lexi, Apache, Sarah, and Charlie.

Diana M, RVT
Practice Manager

Diana, an RVT graduate from Carrington College in 2019, now manages Willow Glen Pet Hospital. With roots in the field since 2016 and WGPH since 2018, her expertise shines. At home, Cleo, a German Shep/Husky, and cats Moscato and Merlot keep her company. Diana cherishes moments with her husband, pets, and brunches with friends.

Danielle T
Practice Manager

Danielle, a California Lutheran University graduate, is the Practice Manager at Willow Glen Pet Hospital. With 4 years in the field and at WGPH, her expertise shines. A Shiba Inu named Kiba has been her companion for 7 years, and outside work, Danielle enjoys family time as a cherished hobby
